Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for the classes, which a student has already attended.
Request to cancel all future classes contact us at query@radhalove2teach.com or WhatsApp business number +91-7827340973.
Inform Radha Love2Teach to permanently cancel all future classes at least 24 hours before the upcoming class for that particular subject.
Upon cancellation of classes by a student, a refund request will be considered by Radha Love2Teach only if it's reasonable. Upon receiving the refund request, we will look into the same and initiate the process of accepting/ rejecting the said refund request. Student will be informed of the acceptance/ rejection of the refund request via Radha Love2Teach WhatsApp business number +91-7827340973
If classes for a subject are discontinued by Radha Love2Teach, before the month end, then the refundable amount towards the student will be calculated on the basis of remaining classes. Refund amount will be transferred to the bank account or UPI ID shared by the parents and settle within next 48 hrs. We will put our best effort to rearrange the schedule or provide a substitute teacher if not then we will refund the calculated amount on pro-rata basis.
No refund request will be entertained after 15 days, from the date student discontinued the classes without informing Radha Love2Teach.
